• Guests are required to wear All White Attire with Yellow accents to be considered for exclusive video-based interactions with Event Hosts and VIPs; creativity and originality are highly encouraged!

  • ​*Note: Guests who do not comply with the aforementioned dress code may be invited to participate in the Event using the chat-based features native to the live-streaming platform(s) selected for the live broadcast of the Event.*

• To ensure the best experience possible for our Guests, Guests must prepare and/or procure the following items prior to the Event:

  • ​​Elegant Gourmet Meal of their choosing (preferably, picnic-style)
  • Proper Flatware and Stemware
  • Chic, White Table Décor
  • Champagne, Sparkling Wine, or other Bubbly Beverage of Choice. (A toast!)

• ​Confirmed guests must also ensure access to the following hardware and software resources in order to successfully access and participate in the Event:

  • ​High speed internet connection

  • Smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop (with compatible webcam and microphone).

  • Required Download: Zoom Video Conferencing application (available for download on Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android-compatible devices.

  • Optional Download: Google Chrome

• Guests may share details of the Event, including this registration page, to others within their own social media network(s). Guests may also choose to invite friends, family, and loved ones near and far to register for the Event.

• Participation in the Event is FREE for all attendees and there is no purchase necessary.

​

• Guests are encouraged to support the charitable fundraising effort promoted by the Event Hosts in connection with the Event. All proceeds received prior to, during, and/or after the Event will be donated to support the Bail Project’s National Revolving Bail Fund. • All guests participating in the Event will conduct themselves with the highest level of decorum, elegance and etiquette. Respect for Event Hosts, moderators, designers, and attendees during the Event is mandatory. Event Hosts reserve the exclusive right to ban, disinvite, or otherwise preclude any individual(s) in actual or apparent violation of this requirement from live participation in the Event.

  • *Note: Event Hosts reserve the exclusive right to terminate the participation of any attendee(s) failing to comply with the Rules and Requirements stated herein, or for any other reason deemed necessary by the Event Hosts, Event moderators, or their respective designees. All funds donated to the Bail Project are non-refundable and will go directly to the organization. A portion or all of your donation may be tax deductible.
